Who we are. Quantum Search Partners, trading as Quantum Search, is the controller of personal data you send us through this website.

What we collect. The details you submit in our forms: your name, contact details, CV, professional profile links and anything you include in your message.

Why we use it. To assess your suitability for current and future roles, to contact you about opportunities, and, with your agreement, to introduce you to hiring firms. For client enquiries, to respond to and manage your search.

Sharing. We never send your CV to a hiring firm without your agreement for that specific role. We use trusted service providers for hosting and email.

Retention. We keep candidate records for as long as they are useful for finding you relevant roles, and review them regularly. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing admin@quantum-search.co.uk. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
