Why we exist

The best trading firms are defined by the people who build their systems and strategies. Those people are few, in high demand and rarely on the market. Reaching them, and knowing who is right for a team, takes a recruiter who understands both the technology and the trading behind it.

We keep our focus narrow: software engineering, FPGA and ASIC design, quantitative research, quant development, machine learning, and the senior leaders who run those teams. That depth lets us assess candidates properly and give firms an honest view of the market.
